Once upon a time there was a demon called Raavan ii. Though his father was Raavan i, who was cruel, died, Raavan ii was ok with the fact. Even though he lived in a palace, he was bored to the mind. He had a few toys, He was rarely allowed to get more, he was also forbidden to go out, as a warrior had killed Raavan i. So, to be safe, he was forbidden to go out. But no one that the warrior had wandered off!

 One day he lost his patience and quietly snuck out of the palace, with a few soldiers & his most trustworthy servants. He wanted a friend. He kept on searching for someone that would agree to be his friend. No one agreed as he was a demon, they were scared what he might do. One monkey saw that Raavan ii was sad. He agreed on his wish to be his friend. They kept on playing. One day he needed a pen, but he didn’t have money to buy it. He asked Raavan for it. But he only had a royal pen which he was not allowed to share. He said if he could see the pen.

Raavan ii took him to his house and showed him the pen. Chen, the monkey’s name, then asked where the washroom is and said to wait by the door of the room. The door of the bedroom of Raavan ii was on the other end of the room. He stood over there, little did he know that was a big mistake.

Chen stole the beautiful pen and put it in his pocket. Raavan ii didn’t know because he trusted Chen & didn’t expect him to steal. He then went home, used the pen and kept it there secretly. He then changed the colour to his own pen and told everybody in his home that he had found the pen. Raavan ii noticed that his pen was gone after he dropped him off. He asked everybody in the palace if they had seen the pen. No one had seen it.

Finally, he went to Chen’s house. He said that he hadn’t seen it. He later checked the CCTV & found out that it was Chen only! He was furious. He blazed furiously to Chen’s house, also crying a bit. He then shouted in Chen’s face and asked why he had lied. “Uh, um, mm, mm, uh, uh,” said Chen. He hadn’t expected Raavan ii to find it out.

He then said that they weren’t friends anymore. Chen apologized to Raavan ii. He didn’t accept it and stormed off. Later every friend of Chen found abput this and stopped being friends with him. As for Raavan ii, all those friends that were Chen’s friends now became Raavan ii’s friends.

Moral: Never betray or lie to your friends. You will regret it.
